Oops…
I’m pretty far behind, aren’t I?
Moving would do that to you. Right smack dab in the middle of my busiest time too. My usual turn around time got doubled due to workload and a house that I needed to get settled into. Thankfully, very little work was needed. But I went from a little 2 bedroom house with a yard that took 5 minutes to mow to a 5 bedroom house with a full basement and a little over a half acre of land. Best part? I have room for my studio! Downside? No place for a darkroom. I’ll get back into that eventually. I got a couple cameras I want to play with.
My boys each have their own room. I live on a dead-end street so less traffic. I finally feel safe, relaxed, and happy to be home. It helps that I don’t have to share a bathroom with my boys anymore and it’s blissfully quiet here! I have land to play with which is going to look great for pictures. There are a few things I want to do, got a list about a mile long. Soon, I’ll have more than just a couple backdrops to play with.
I really should add some more pictures. I’ve got a wedding and several seniors to share with you. Soon. Right now, wonderful Cal has burgers on the new grill, Michael wants to watch Ghostbusters, and I’m just about all caught up on my work right now.
